If you’ve tried using the “Themes:” links to switch this website’s theme on your PC, you’ve probably already noticed that it does not always switch the theme when you click the link. You just need to click it a second time (or refresh/reload) your browser and that completes the switch for you.

You’ve probably already noticed it, but just in case you didn’t, you can now switch themes just by clicking on the one that you want at the bottom of the right-hand column of the page.

I decided to do a wholesale re-vamp of this website a couple of days ago and decided to give WordPress a try. And honestly, it was simply because I had noticed other people’s websites powered by WordPress had Post Categories - and I thought, “hey, that’s pretty cool!”

But now, after having installed WordPress on my web host (super easy with any FTP client and a Text Editor!), I am truly impressed with the wealth of features and functionality that have been so elegantly married to simplicity and ease of use.

And of course there are all of the great add-ons for WordPress! Tons of free (and paid) Themes to give you just the right look and feel for your website. After installing 8 or 9 Themes here I finally decied on this one. It’s called “Exquisite” and was written by Kaushal Sheth, who based it on two other themes - Andreas02 and GreenTrack. And yes, I have already made several tweaks to Exquisite to suit my own tastes - the biggest change being to add support for the new Sidebar Widgets Plugin.
Also, since this theme - Exquisite - already has support for Ryan Boren’s Theme Switcher Plugin, I’ll probably upload that plugin as well. Then you can choose to view this site with any of the themes that I’ve currently got installed.
